Taking up a new instrument can be a very exciting time. Lot’s of people think about taking lessons for themselves or their children, but rarely get around to actually making a booking. In our busy lives, we often put things off that we will really want to do. Matthew has a real passion for all different types of music so is equally comfortable teaching a rock song by ear, as well as putting his pupils through the graded ABRSM system. Matthew graduated in Music from Cardiff University and holds a post graduate diploma in Music from the Open University. He is well qualified to teach pupils all the way up to grade 8. It is also worth noting that Matthew can teach music theory.

How much does Matthew charge for a piano lesson?

Matthew teaches piano from his home studio in Cyncoed, Cardiff and charges £13.50 per half hour lesson or £25 for the full hour.
